During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full name, mobile number, and valid bank details. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact bonus88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Bonus88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly during fund withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or block any transaction.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All transactions on the bonus88 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Accepted deposit methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go. Available payment methods are subject to change based on operational requirements.
The minimum deposit is as specified on the deposit page, and the minimum withdrawal is as stated in your account section. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and verification before processing. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one (1) and three (3) business days, depending on the receiving bank.
Bonus88 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring their registered bank account details are accurate and held in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Any suspicious or unusual transaction activity may result in a temporary account freeze pending investigation. bonus88 will contact the user via their registered details to resolve the matter.
